The markets monitored by the system are selected and managed by our team. All deals from every monitored county and ZIP code are available to you on the Flip Deals page automatically.

💡 Note: If you'd like a specific county or region added to the monitoring list, contact support and an administrator can enable it for you.

The system scans all monitored markets and brings qualifying deals straight to your Flip Deals page:

Markets are scanned daily for new listings and price reductions
Properties are automatically analyzed for fix-and-flip potential
Deals meeting your ROI criteria appear on the Flip Deals page
You receive email notifications when new listings or price reductions are detected

🏛️ Understanding County & ZIP Scores

Each county and ZIP code in the system is scored 0–100 based on wholesale-friendliness. Higher scores indicate better markets. You'll see these scores in the ZIP Score column on the Flip Deals page.

County Tiers

Tier A (80–100): Excellent markets — highest potential
Tier B (70–79): Good markets — strong potential
Tier C (55–69): Moderate markets — decent potential
Tier D (40–54): Lower potential markets

Scores are based on:

Legal (30%): Wholesaling regulations in the area
Market Dynamics (40%): Transaction volume, prices, and market speed
Efficiency (20%): Supply and demand balance
Data Completeness (10%): Quality and availability of market data
